We have an immediate need for an experienced plumbing designer. Applicant ideally has 3-6 years experience and is an expert at AutoCad design. HVAC design experience is a plus.

They should be familiar with all aspects of building plumbing design including general office buildings, medical office buildings, strip retail centers, multi-family residential, schools, light industrial spaces, and restaurants. Given specific direction from a Mechanical Engineer they should be able to lay out the facility and perform all required plumbing and equipment specifications for the project. This person should be motivated to learn additional aspects of plumbing design and have a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience at HVAC design is a plus, but not required. Our office does HVAC design for all of the aforementioned project types concurrent to the plumbing design. The applicant could design both plumbing and HVAC systems or learn how to design HVAC if interested.
