Given and Associates provided the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical engineering services for this senior living project in Longmont, CO. The facility consists of a commercial warming/serving kitchen, dining areas, rehabilitation, and other recreational and administrative spaces. The building totals 75,000 SF, and includes four pro-typical residential units.
All units have individual gas, electrical, HVAC, and hot water services. The resident rooms utilize central Aquatherm systems. Our design also included an Integrated Piping System (which employs the domestic hot and cold water to provide space heating and cooling).
