Given and Associates provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering services for the complete renovation of a 41 unit multi-family, low-income property for the Adams Country Housing Authority. The property included eight typical unit types. Our design scope also included an optional 3,000 SF clubhouse. Enterprise Green criteria was followed.
