We provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the remodel of this existing shell space in a Fort Collins, CO strip mall for a new restaurant.
Our work on this 3,800 SF space included designs to support changes to the kitchen and seating area, along with the addition of a bar area.
