We provided the Mechanical and Electrical LEED-ND engineering design for this four-building, 96-unit apartment complex for the Denver Housing Authority.
Building 1 is a low-rise, concrete and steel structure above a parking garage that totals 89,000 SF with 6,400 SF of commercial space. Buildings 2, 3 and 4 have a total of 49,000 SF of residential space and are each three-story wood frame buildings on grade. There is approximately 15,400 SF of mechanically ventilated parking garage and 6,600 SF of naturally ventilated parking garage.
