Station 60 is a an low-income, multi-family apartment development in the Norfolk Glen neighborhood of Aurora, CO. The project consists of six (6), three-story apartment buildings with approximately 220 residential units on a 24 acre site.
Given and Associates provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing designs for this project, including to the residential buildings, and the 5,500 SF amenity building. Amenity features on this site include a central green, community garden, fire pits, outdoor pool, fitness space and locker rooms, a dog washing station, and on-site parking. The buildings are served by all-electric heat pump HVAC units and high-efficiency, central domestic gas water heaters.
