The Edit is a high-rise, mixed-use building in Denver, CO totaling 382,200 SF. The 13-story facility contains 382 residential units, 63,000 SF of amenity space, and approximately 8,000 SF of retail space. A three-level enclosed parking garage and a state-of-the-art fitness facility are also incorporated.
This facility will meet the Denver demand for smaller housing by providing 40 percent studio units. 35th & Walnut will also offer a portion of units at a reduced rate to qualifying renters. Project completion is expected early summer 2021.
The Edit will incorporate an affordable and green Integrated System (which employs the domestic hot and cold water to provide space heating and cooling) that is energy efficient, and will provides lower utility costs. High-efficiency water heaters are also included in Given’s MEP designs, along with a 25 KW solar photovoltaic array. This project has achieved LEED & Fitwel Certifications.
