We provided the Mechanical and Electrical design of this approximately 75,000 SF retail liquor store in Jefferson County, Colorado.
This three-story building was designed to house three separate tenant spaces and includes the following amenities and features: a 10,000 SF retail gift shop, a one-story 10,000 SF cooking space, and a one-story 50,000 SF retail liquor store which has a mezzanine and a 5,000 SF finished basement area to be used for wine tasting.
