Kevin began his professional career working with a Mechanical Engineering firm in Tuscaloosa while finishing his degree at the University of Alabama. After graduating, he continued with the firm full-time, focused on design projects encompassing Schools, Municipalities, and Government buildings.  Kevin moved to Denver, CO and started with Given and Associates in 2013.  He graduated to Project Manager in 2016, Senior Project Manager in 2019, and Associate Principal in 2021.

Kevin is an automotive and off-road enthusiast who is active in the Jeep community.  He builds his own off-road modifications, and has even rebuilt his own Jeep engine to increase horsepower.  Kevin enjoys many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and hiking with his family.

Responsibilities

Kevin is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manger overseeing the design and integration of all MEP disciplines within his projects.He manages his projects and teams from initial design through the construction phase process. His responsibilities include proposal development, project coordination, quality assurance, HVAC and Plumbing team leadership, and training of Mechanical team members.

Experience

Kevin brings five years of Project Management experience and over 12 years of Mechanical Design experience. He provides well-rounded practice in the Multi-Family, Residential, High Rise, Assisted Living, Medical, Office, Retail, Government, and Education sectors.  Kevin’s attention to detail, insistence on quality designs, and methodical work ethic make him an ideal team lead.
