Trevor is a Principal and Lead Mechanical Engineer known for his commitment to strong client relationships, exceptional project delivery, and effective team development. He oversees MEP+T proposals and project execution from initial concept through final completion, ensuring technically sound and reliable outcomes. Experience
Trevor brings over 30 years of Mechanical Design experience across a wide range of project sectors, including Multi‑Family, High‑Rise, Affordable and Workforce Housing, Senior Care and Assisted Living, Medical and Healthcare, Bars and Restaurants, Retail, Government Office, Education, and Sustainable Design initiatives. He has been a key contributor in the Low‑Income, Multi‑Family housing market, completing projects with organizations such as the Denver Housing Authority, West Metro Housing, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, and Mercy Housing.
